Welcome to my flute studio, The Hawaiian Flutist – Maile Signorotti, MM! I am so excited to have you join the rest of my flute students and I hope that you learn a lot of cool (sometimes weird) stuff about music and playing the flute. I look forward to getting to know you individually and to help you grow and learn as a flute student in my studio. Flute Studio Rates

$5 Materials/Supplies Fee (per flute lesson)

This Materials/Supplies Fee goes towards supplementing the cost of materials/supplies that I provide during flute lessons (flute music, exercises, etude books, etc.) from my personal library

Please note: I am only accepting students with completed signed, and dated copies of the current Flute Studio Contract. Submitting an application form does not guarantee acceptance into Maile's flute studio. By signing and dating the flute studio contract, you understand that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in the Flute Studio Contract. You also understand that addendums/changes to the contract need to be submitted in writing, and need to be signed and dated by both parties.
