Welcome to my flute studio, The Hawaiian Flutist – Maile Signorotti, MM! I am so excited to have you join the rest of my flute students and I hope that you learn a lot of cool (sometimes weird) stuff about music and playing the flute. I look forward to getting to know you individually and to help you grow and learn as a flute student in my studio.
Now, to the much less exciting business side of joining my flute studio. Please take the time to read this Flute Studio Contract carefully, especially with your parent(s)/guardian(s), so that we can all understand and come to an agreement before committing to flute lessons, as they are a big commitment! I’ve written this Flute Studio Contract with the intention of creating something that protects and serves the interests of both the students and myself, as the instructor. IMPORTANT: I am only accepting students with completed, signed, and dated copies of this Flute Studio Contract. Maile Signorotti reserves the right to change this contract at any time at her discretion. Any addendums/changes to this contract need to be submitted in writing, signed, and dated by both parties for the addendums/changes to take affect. You must be 18 or older to contact me directly about lessons. If you are under 18, show this contract to your parents, and if they are interested in having you apply for lessons, they can fill out the application below using their contact information.
